Nihal Mehta will be at MobiWorld

Nihal Mehta PictureYet another awesome speaker on the MobiWorld Caribbean roster. We’re really excited to have to have American entrepreneur Nihal Mehta come to Trinidad to take part in the MobiWorld Caribbean Conference.

Entrepreneur CEO & Founder of 5 startups including Buzzd and localResponse, Nihal is also now a founder of mobile seed venture company Eniac. He has 13+ years of experience in the mobile space with very interesting perspectives to share on this domain.

Nihal will be delivering a couple of sessions on the developer track at the MobiWorld Conference.

@ 12:30pm – You built an app, now what?

@ 4:10pm – KEYNOTE: “I built a successful Mobile Business”

Nihal’s presentations is going to help inject some of the overall thinking beyond the technical aspects of building apps that we’ll be mostly focused on with the Developer Track.

From my many years of personal and professional software engineering, I know first hand that having a technically superior solution to a problem does not guarantee that your app or solution will be a success. I also know that we engineers tend to place most of our focus on the technical and less on the stuff beyond the technical that is also essential to our apps becoming successes.

Here’s Nihal doing a really great video for the NY Business Expo Video Series just highlighting what he’s excited about:

Nihal Metha–What is he passionate about?

So, to be able to talk with Nihal face to face and hear from him directly about how he was able to found as many as 5 startups to become a successful (Google bought admob for $750 million) … you know what to do …
